National Federation High School  fast pitch softball 2011 rule changes and comments are located on the NFHS umpire page.  The ASA Banned Bats for high school have not changed since 2008.  For ‘combo’ umpires who do both NFHS softball and baseball the major rule differences are helpful to know.
